You Are Family (Formerly known as The Greenhouse) is a ministry of You Are, Inc. We create resources and spaces for children and families to grow in discipleship to Jesus. We believe God’s heart is for families to grow and flourish in Him. We want to partner with Him to come alongside your family through our monthly emails that are full of interactive tools for the whole family, our summer day camp called King Camp, our girls dance group “Talitha Cumi,” our kids’ book series, and coming soon...The Soapbox, our new podcast just for moms! As we sow the seeds of God’s Word and His extravagant love in the lives of children and families, we believe there will be fruit in their lives and the generations to come.

Meet the You Are Family Director

Kelsey Smith

Kelsey Smith joined our team officially in the summer of 2024. Kelsey is a wife, a mom, a big fan of lime chips and is always dreaming about the next fun party! She graduated from TAMU with a degree in elementary education and has served kiddos in public school, children’s ministry, the child welfare system, and is now home most days with 3 littles! She is also on the Board of Directors for Brightening Dark Spaces. Kelsey is passionate about the love, grace and full-LIFE, abundantly given in Jesus. She enjoys people, karaoke, trip planning, bunco, and despite her lack of skill in photography, she dreams of being a world renown food blogger one day, solely to taste all the flavors! She is thrilled to serve as the You Are Family Director.
